Terms and Conditions of Sale

All Trading Activities are in accordance with and governed by, UK Law

VAT - All items are subject to VAT at the current rate in the United Kingdom when purchased within the United Kingdom. Overseas orders are net of VAT.

Prices - Prices charged will be those ruling at receipt of order. A contract between the parties will be deemed to be entered into only when payment has been taken. All goods are subject to availability. Any products currently not available will be notified by e-mail.

Carriage - All deliveries are normally on a 48 hour delivery service within the United Kingdom mainland via Securicor Omega on a free of charge basis. Overseas Orders will normally be on a seven-day delivery service via Royal Mail Air Mail signed delivery at a rate of £7.50 per single unit ordered.

Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery sheet immediately and notice in writing given to DIY Safety within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Non-Delivery - Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing to DIY Safety within 3 days of date of dispatch shown on invoice.

Return of Goods - All goods to be returned must be authorised by DIY Safety before return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted. To arrange a return please contact the DIY Safety sales office on (+44) 0870 900 7560 (Fax (+44) 0870 900 7561) or e-mail sales@diysafety.co.uk.

All goods returned, unless faulty or damaged in transit, will incur a 30% administration charge. Goods will be returned at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged in transit.

Payment: Payment must be made in advance. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and debit cards such as Switch and Delta.
